TCRC are delighted to have been awarded the contract to work with Main Contractors Galliford Try in delivering the Guildford Crescent project in Cardiff. Also known as ‘The Rise’, this build-to-rent, 30-storey residential development will feature 272 apartments, a fitness studio, sports room, resident lounge, flexible workspace and private dining areas.

On this fantastic project, TCRC will be installing a range of roofing and waterproofing systems onto multiple roofs and terraces. This includes Bauder BUFR roofing with tapered insulation, as well as blue, green and photovoltaic energy roofing systems.

Installation is due to commence at the end of Summer 2025, and we look forward to sharing further updates in the coming months!
