TCRC completed a complete roof overhaul at CLIC House which is a Grade 2 listed building in Cotham, Bristol. It had in the past had the covering renewed with unsuitable heavy concrete tiles and was approaching end of life. Works included the removal and disposal of the old roof covering, repairs to parapet walls and chimneys followed by re-rendering. Repairs and were then completed to the traditional cut roof structure, after which a new lead-lined valley gutter was installed and remaining leadwork replaced. A brand new Welsh Slate covering was laid, with new heritage style roof light and new aluminium rainwater goods throughout. Client, Designers and Main Contractor all delighted with the outcome.”
