Another fantastic project we’ve recently been involved in is Okehampton Hospital in Devon. Here we’ve been working in conjunction with Arque Ltd to install over 2,500m2 of pitched roof tiling from BMI Redland. We are very pleased to announce that TCRC has successfully secured the Silverthorne Lane Plot 6 project in Bristol. Working with Bauder Flat Roofs, we will be installing a range of products onto this exceptional carbon net zero residential development, including BUFR, green roofing and hot melt waterproofing on to a non-combustible Raaft landscaping system. We’re delighted to have completed all roofing works at the fantastic Hanger 81 Youth & Community Centre in Aberbargoed, Wales. Here we have worked in conjunction with manufacturers Garland UK and Caerphilly County Borough Council to install a new R-MER LOC standing seam metal roofing system. We’re delighted to have been involved in the Oldland Common project for Elim Housing, providing roofing and waterproofing works on a new build supported living accommodation building. On this sustainable residential project, TCRC have installed a Bauder Flat Roofs single ply system to the flat roof areas, incorporating non-combustible Rockwool insulation. TCRC are currently making excellent progress on an exceptional project down in Aberbargoed, Wales. ‘The Hangar’ is a dedicated Youth & Community Centre where we are working in conjunction with manufacturers Garland to replace the existing metal profile roof on the distinctive barrel vault building. In line with the specification we are completely removing the existing metal roof, insulation and liner, before replacing it with a new, fully upgraded R-Mer Loc standing seam system. [...]
