TCRC are currently making excellent progress on an exceptional project down in Aberbargoed, Wales. ‘The Hangar’ is a dedicated Youth & Community Centre where we are working in conjunction with manufacturers Garland to replace the existing metal profile roof on the distinctive barrel vault building. On this prestigious scheme, we have been selected to install a complete built-up felt roofing system from Radmat Building Products Ltd, incorporating tapered insulation to optimise the drainage from the building. Delighted to share some latest photos from Bath Leat, a fantastic retirement living project that we’re currently working on near Bath city centre. The building features a distinctive curved profile, onto which we are installing Radmat’s PermaQuik hot melt waterproofing system within an inverted roof construction, finished on top with natural paving and ballast.
