Delighted to share some latest photos from Bath Leat, a fantastic retirement living project that we’re currently working on near Bath city centre.
The building features a distinctive curved profile, onto which we are installing Radmat’s PermaQuik hot melt waterproofing system within an inverted roof construction, finished on top with natural paving and ballast.
On this high profile new build project our skilled craftsmen are also installing natural slate tiles on the mansard roof areas, resulting in a striking visual appearance!
