Delighted to share a video overview of a fantastic roof refurbishment project that TCRC recently completed at Avanti Gardens School in Bristol.
For this Grade I listed building, TCRC worked closely with Hookway Partnership to help the school obtain valuable CIF funding in order to complete the wide range of improvement works. TCRC Operatives then completed the installation to an exceptionally high standard, including fully upgraded flat and pitched roof systems, stonework repair and repointing, specialist leadwork and a new cast iron rainwater system.
Health and safety was key throughout, as was the protection of the building’s occupants and contents during the works. As such, extensive safety scaffolding was installed, along with a large, temporary protective roof which covered over half of the building at any given time.
Overall, this was an excellent example of client, contractor and consultants working together to design, fund and install the perfect range of roofing and waterproofing solutions!
