Our project of the month for August is the stunning Clifftops Lodges in Portland, Dorset. On this logistically challenging project, TCRC provided a complete waterproofing system including green roof finishes. The high-level roof featured a large entertainment terrace and here an inverted roof construction was specified incorporating Radmat Building Products Ltd’s PermaQuik hot melt waterproofing system. Attention to detail was essential as several glass balustrade posts also needed to be carefully waterproofed.
On the low-level areas around the lodges, TCRC installed Radmat’s torch applied bituminous waterproofing system, complete with green roof finish and river wash pebble borders.
