TCRC has recently completed a stunning pitched roof project at CLIC House, a fantastic charity that supports families of children with cancer. Our latest case study features St. Francis Primary School in Nailsea, North Somerset. Here TCRC were selected to upgrade approximately 350m2 of waterproofing on both the courtyard flat roof and internal pitched roof areas. We’re making excellent progress on the Midford Manor retirement living development in Bath. Our Operatives are currently installing the SIGA Natural Slate onto the mansard roof areas along with leadwork detailing to the dormers and gables. Our feature project for January is the High Kingsdown residential development in Bristol. Here, TCRC were recently selected to install a complete roofing and waterproofing solution from Garland UK. After removing and responsibly disposing of the existing waterproofing and chipboard deck, TCRC Operatives installed a new 18mm OSB substrate incorporating tapered gutters throughout. Howecroft Court is a residential building in Bristol on which TCRC were chosen to install over 800m2 of Garland's Stressply Flex built-up felt roofing system. Specialist removal and replacement of asbestos soil vents was also required along with the installation of new lightning conductors and access hatch.
