A fantastic new build project that we’re currently on site with is Midford Manor in Bath. On this prestigious retirement living development TCRC have been selected to install a range of pitched and flat roofing systems, including 1,550m2 of SIGA Natural Slate on the mansard roof and over 1,000m2 of Garland UK high performance bituminous membranes on the flat roof areas. We will also be installing a roof garden on the third floor for all of the residents to enjoy.
