Howecroft Court is a residential building in Bristol on which TCRC were chosen to install over 800m2 of Garland’s Stressply Flex built-up felt roofing system. Specialist removal and replacement of asbestos soil vents was also required along with the installation of new lightning conductors and access hatch. In addition, the insulation was upgraded to 120mm, enabling the residents to benefit from reduced heating bills.
